The winner may be bitter.
But the victory’s always sweet.

The Great American Beer Festival (GABF)
Deemed the ultimate event for tasting the greatest beers
in the nation, GABF hosts one of the largest, most
prestigious competitions in the world. More than 100
professional beer judges from the US and abroad
evaluate more than 2,300 beers entered by more than
450 domestic breweries. Gold, silver and bronze
medals in 69 beer-style categories are awarded every
year.

Upstream has been awarded three medals at the GABF
so far. And looks forward to winning many more.

World Beer Championships
Founded in 1994, the World Beer Championships is
America’s oldest international beer competition, open
to all commercially produced beers from around the
world, regardless of US distribution. Instead of trying
to taste thousands of beers in a week, the World Beer
Championships’ judges review a different category of
beer every other month, carefully blind tasting no more
than thirty-five beers a day. They then award medals
based on the tasting.

Upstream is thrilled to have received three medals at
the 2007 World Beer Championships.

2007 Silver Medal

2007 Bronze Medal
