Belgian-Style Ales
Upstream Belgian-Style Ales are aged in oak barrels
for up to one year then hand bottled in 750ml bottles,
giving them a true complexity and elegance not
found in younger ales. Each bottle is numbered and signed
by Brewmaster Zac Triemert. Availability is limited.
Belgian-Style Tripel
10% ABV
Golden-colored, citrus fruit, spicy, mildly sweet and soft with a hint of oak character.
Kriek
6.5% ABV
A lambic-style fruit beer. Sour, tart earthiness balanced by the sweetness of cherries.
Belgian Specialty Ale
10% ABV
Similar to Tripel with a
subtle earthy character.
Framboise
6.5% ABV
Identical to Kriek with raspberries added instead of cherries.
