Ebenezer 9.0% ABV

Upstream's oak aged version is last year's vintage that has been aged and matured in Templeton Rye Whiskey Barrels for a little over 6 months until it was bottled. The American white oak barrels add a dry, smooth character to the beer creating an incredibly complex depth of character to the Ebenezer. Your brewers at Upstream Brewing Company have brought you a new beer based on a classic cocktail known as Horse Feathers; the classic drink is made with ginger beer/ale, rye whiskey, a dash bitters & a zest of lemon. Horse Feathers was also a 1932 Marx Brother's film comedy.
