Dave Christie
Managing Chef, Legacy
Dave has been working in the culinary field since 1994 when he was offered his first
kitchen job at the Broadmoor Hotel in Colorado Springs at the age of 14. After high
school, Dave spent two years working for Happy Hollow and Oak Hills Country Clubs in
Omaha before heading to Arizona to attend the Scottsdale Culinary Institute from
1999-2000. He then ventured overseas, spending a year and a half doing his externship
in Bernau, Germany, at the Armed Forces Recreation Center. Upon returning to Omaha,
Dave became a prep cook at the Upstream Old Market restaurant. He is now the Managing
Chef of the Upstream Legacy restaurant.

I like Cajun-Creole food so I guess pepper.
